The Atlantic Core 1.2 — known as the Snug — is a compact 1–2 person traditional sauna that brings authentic Finnish heat into your home without demanding the space of a dedicated wellness room. It's compact footprint at 120×110cm means it fits where larger saunas can't, and it's built with everything required to deliver a genuine sauna ritual from the moment installation is complete.

At the heart of every session is a 3.5kW Harvia stove loaded with 15kg of thermal lava stones. Heat up time is quick at approximately 20 minutes to reach 60°C, and it builds past this to a serious 70–90°C. Pour water over the stones and the cabin fills with the that authentic Löyly steam that loosens every muscle and quiets every thought. This is the real thing — not approximated, not compromised.

The cabin is constructed from 100% Canadian Hemlock — naturally non-allergenic, non-toxic and chosen specifically for its ability to handle the thermal demands of a traditional sauna environment. Snap-lock panel construction makes installation easy and straightforward, with the prefabricated panels arriving ready to assemble. The build process is manageable for anyone comfortable with a basic home DIY project. As per all 3.5KW heaters, it requires a dedicated circuit and connection by a qualified electrician - this is a simple, straight forward task for an electrician (see note below).

App control is included — set temperature and timing remotely before you've stepped out of your training kit. A sand timer, thermometer, ambient light, wooden bucket and ladle, and an essential oil casket complete a kit that makes the ritual complete from day one.

With the efficient 3.5KW Harvia stove running costs are approximately 50p per hour to run at current UK electricity rates - meaning you can use this sauna regularly and consistently to experience the real compounding benefits for your health and wellbeing.

Installation - The Core 1.2 sauna comes flat-packed in boxes via a double pallet delivery. It is designed for straight-forward self build installation by 2 DIY competent people. 

Electrical Connection is a simple task - but it must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with UK regs. Your electrician will install a dedicated circuit to create a safe connection from your home electrical consumer board to your sauna. Please get in touch if you need guidance on what's required.
